摘　　要：“举国体制”是伴随着中国竞技体育发展的“奥运战略”而逐渐形成和成熟起来的,是推动中国竞技体育实现迅速发展而实施的一种带有制度特色和时代特色的体育管理体制与运行机制。市场经济为专业竞技体育的职业化改革提供了制度化环境,中国的职业化改革是依托市场机制开展的竞技体育的市场化改革。从中国职业体育组织的发展逻辑来看,职业体育组织是“举国体制”的市场化延伸,中国职业体育组织在目标机制上紧紧围绕奥运争光计划,在组织管理上并没有脱离专业竞技体育体制,在管理构架上仍然是“举国体制”的有机组成部分。The “National Sports System” is gradually formed and matured with the “Olympic Strategy” of Chinese competitive sports.It is a sports management system and operation mechanism with system characteristics and era characteristics to promote the rapid development of competitive sports in China.The market economy provides an institutional environment for the professional reform of professional competitive sports.Chinese professional reform is a market-oriented reform of competitive sports relying on the market mechanism.From the development logic of professional sports organizations in China,professional sports organizations are the market extension of the “National Sports System”.Professional sports organizations in China closely focus on the Olympic glory plan in the target mechanism,and are not separated from the professional competitive sports system in organization and management,and are still an integral part of the “National Sports System” in the management framework.
