自发秩序理论视域下国际乒联规则改革审思

摘　　要：依照哈耶克对自发秩序的判定标准,本文将国际乒坛秩序视为一种自发秩序并分析了其陷入发展困境的原因,认为国际乒联所推行的一系列规则改革是在自发秩序陷入困境时的权力介入,规则改革的目的是帮助国际乒坛实现其暂时缺失的秩序价值,进而提高该项目的国际关注度,以修正其原有的竞技秩序,促进乒乓球运动朝着全世界流行的方向发展。According to Hayek’s criteria for determining spontaneous order,the paper regards the order of the international table tennis as a kind of spontaneous order,and analyzes the reasons for the development dilemma as well.It is believed that the essence of the rules reform carried out by the International Table Tennis Federation is power intervention when the development dilemma has arisen.The aim of the rules reform is to help the international table tennis world realize its temporarily missing order value,and then raise the international attention of this project so as to revise its original competitive order and promote the development of table tennis in the direction of worldwide popularity.
