摘　　要：目的 探讨烧伤患者并发深静脉血栓形成的原因,针对溶栓治疗及护理进行分析,总结烧伤患者深静脉血栓形成留置溶栓导管进行溶栓的护理经验。方法 对7例并发下肢静脉血栓烧伤患者,置入下腔静脉滤器留置溶栓导管进行溶栓。结果5例并发深静脉血栓形成烧伤患者溶栓治疗7~10天血栓完全溶解,血管通畅,于滤器置入第10~14天内成功取出;2例60岁以上患者溶栓治疗超过14天,滤器未取。结论对7例烧伤患者下肢深静脉血栓形成的相关因素、原因进行分析,做到严密监护,积极预防,尽早发现和处理深静脉血栓,对烧伤患者深静脉血栓的预防和减少并发症的发生具有积极临床意义。Objective To explore the causes of deep vein thrombosis in burn patients,analyze the thrombolytic treatment and nursing,and summarize the nursing experience of deep vein thrombosis in burn patients with indwelling thrombolytic catheter for thrombolysis.Methods 7 patients with venous thrombosis and burn of lower extremity were treated with thrombolytic catheter.Results 5 patients with deep venous thrombosis were treated with thrombolysis for 7~10 days.The thrombus was completely dissolved and the blood vessel was unobstructed.Two patients over 60 years old received thrombolytic therapy for more than14 days,but the filter was not taken.Conclusion It is of positive clinical significance to analyze the related factors and causes of deep venous thrombosis of lower extremity in 7 cases of burn patients,and to conduct close monitoring,active prevention,early detection and treatment of deep venous thrombosis in burn patients.
