摘　　要：目的探讨快速康复外科理念在老年人工髋关节置换患者护理中的应用效果及对患者满意度的影响.方法选取2017年4月~2018年4月在我院接受人工髋关节置换术治疗的患者86例,所有患者均接受护理干预,根据护理方式的不同,将所有患者分为对照组和观察组,其中对照组患者接受常规护理干预,观察组患者接受快速康复外科理念护理,对比两组患者治疗效果和满意度.结果观察组患者术后的治疗总有效率为97.67%,与对照组患者的治疗总有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的排气时间、下床时间和住院时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的关节活动度、畸形、功能和疼痛等Harris评分与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论对接受人工髋关节置换术治疗的患者实施快速康复外科理念护理,可以减少手术对患者的创伤,提高治疗效果及满意度,并能够提升患者的关节功能,值得推广应用.Objective To analyze the application effect of rapid rehabilitation surgery concept in the nursing of elderly patients with artificial hip replacement and its influence on patient satisfaction. Methods 86 patients who underwent artificial hip replacement in our hospital from April 2017 to April 2018 were enrolled. All patients received nursing intervention. All patients were divided into control group and observation group according to different nursing methods. Among them, the control group received routine nursing intervention, and the observation group received the concept of rapid rehabilitation surgery. The treatment effects and satisfaction between the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of postoperative treatment in the observation group was 97.67%, which was statistically significant compared with that of the control group(P<0.05). The exhaust time, bedtime and hospital stay of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). There was significant difference in Harris score of joint activity,deformity, function and pain between the observation group and the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The rapid rehabilitative surgical concept nursing for patients undergoing artificial hip joint replacement can reduce the trauma of the operation, improve the treatment effect, and improve the joint function of the patient. It is worthy of popularization and application.
