摘　　要：目的研究优质护理干预对围手术期胸腺瘤合并重症肌无力的效果。方法选取2016年12月~2018年12月我院收治的围手术期胸腺瘤合并重症肌无力患者80例,按照患者的入院顺序将患者分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予优质护理干预,对比两组患者的手术时间、术中出血量、并发症发生情况以及护理满意度。结果观察组患者的手术时间(64.82±8.61)min以及手术治疗中的出血量(110.31±12.85)mL与对照组(88.85±12.32)min、(193.86±24.54)mL比较均明显较少,观察组在整个护理过程中出现肺部感染以及肌无力现象(2.50%)等并发症的患者明显少于对照组(30.00%),观察组护理满意度(97.50%)明显高于对照组(75.00%)(P<0.05)。结论胸腺瘤合并重症肌无力患者的治疗中落实优质护理干预,可以有效缩短手术时间、减少各类并发症的出现,为接受治疗的患者提供安全保障,护理效果得到认可,值得推荐使用。Objective To study the effect of quality nursing intervention on perioperative thymoma complicated myasthenia gravis. Methods 80 patients with perioperative thymoma complicated with myasthenia gravis who were admitted to our hospital from December 2016 to December 2018 were selected. Patients were divided into control group and observation group according to the patient’s admission order, with 40 cases in each group. The control group was given regular nursing care, and the observation group was given quality nursing intervention. The operation time, intraoperative blood loss, complications, and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The operation time was(64.82±8.61) min and the amount of bleeding during operation was(110.31±12.85) ml in the observation group, which were significantly less than those of(88.85±12.32) min and(193.86±24.54) ml in the control group. There were significantly fewer complications such as pulmonary infection and muscle weakness(2.50%) in the observation group during the whole nursing process than the control group(30.00%). The nursing satisfaction in the observation group(97.50%) was significantly higher than that in the control group(75.00%)(P<0.05). Conclusion The implementation of quality nursing intervention during the treatment of patients with thymoma complicated with myasthenia gravis can effectively shorten the operation time and reduce the occurrence of various complications. It provides safety and security for patients who are treated, and the effect of nursing care is recognized, which is recommended in application.
