摘 要:移相全桥DC/DC变换器以其电路结构简单、开关损耗小、控制方便等优点在许多中大功率场合中得到了普遍的应用,但该变换器存在滞后桥臂换流困难、占空比丢失等问题,导致电路环流损耗增加,降低了变换器效率。针对以上问题,设计了一种基于饱和电感的DC/DC开关变换器。在分析变换器电路工作过程的基础上,讨论了饱和电感对电路局部谐振的影响,给出了饱和电抗器设计方法。最后通过实验验证了理论分析的正确性和可行性,实现了滞后桥臂的零电流开关,降低了环流能量,提高了DC/DC变换电路的效率。The phase-shifted full-bridge DC/DC converter has been widely applied in many medium-and high-power scenarios owing to its simple circuit structure, low switching loss, and convenient control, etc. However, due to problems such as the difficult switching of the lagging-leg and the loss of duty cycle, the loss in current circulation will increase, thus reducing the efficiency of the converter. To solve the above problems, a DC/DC switching converter based on saturable inductor was designed in this paper. On the basis of the analysis of the converter circuit ’ s working process, the influence of saturable inductor on the local resonance of the circuit was discussed, and a design method for the saturable reactor was given. At last, the correctness and feasibility of the theoretical analysis were verified by experimental results. It was shown that the zero-current switching of the lagging-leg was realized, the energy of circulation was reduced, and the efficiency of the DC/DC converter circuit was improved.
