摘　　要：目的观察右美托咪定对脊柱手术患者术中唤醒实验和术后认知功能的影响。方法选取2016年5月—2018年5月在我院接受脊柱手术治疗的160例患者临床资料,按不同麻醉用药方法,将其分为两组,每组各80例。对照组麻醉诱导前使用生理盐水,观察组麻醉诱导前使用右美托咪定,其他麻醉方式相同,观察两组唤醒试验及认知功能情况。结果观察组唤醒即刻、唤醒后10min的HR[(76.52±11.84)次/min、(77.85±12.46)次/min]、MAP指标值[(77.95±8.23)mmHg、(76.94±7.91)mmHg]均比对照组低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论脊柱手术患者麻醉诱导前使用右美托咪定能提高术中唤醒质量,并能维持唤醒期间血流动力学稳定,不影响术后认知功能,安全有效。Objective To observe the effect of dexmedetomidine on intraoperative awakening and postoperative cognitive function in patients undergoing spinal surgery. Methods The clinical data of 160 patients who underwent spinal surgery in our hospital from May 2016 to May 2018 were selected. According to different methods of anesthesia, they were divided into two groups, 80 cases in each group. The control group was given saline before induction of anesthesia. The observation group was given dexmedetomidine before induction of anesthesia. The awakening test and cognitive function of the two groups were observed. Results The HR [(76.52±11.84) times/min,(77.85±12.46) times/min] and the MAP index values [(77.95±8.23) mmHg,(76.94±7.91) mmHg] of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.01). Conclusion The use of dexmedetomidine before anesthesia induction in spinal surgery can improve the quality of intraoperative arousal and maintain hemodynamic stability during arousal without affecting postoperative cognitive function, safe and effective.
