摘　　要：目的研究老年急性肾衰竭病因及血液净化临床疗效。方法选取我院老年急性肾衰竭患者110例作为研究对象,将其随机分为研究组(连续性血液净化)与对照组(间歇性血液净化),每组各55例,切实分析所有患者的病因,评估两组临床指标(心率、MAP、CVP与氧合指数)、有效率与并发症率。结果研究组较对照组的临床指标改善显著,研究组有效率(98.18%)比对照组(87.27%)高,研究组并发症总发生率(7.27%)比对照组(21.82%)低,组间数据比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论切实分析老年急性肾衰竭患者的病因,采取连续性血液净化方法有利于改善其临床指标,提高治疗效果,降低并发症率,改善预后,安全性高,值得借鉴。Objective To study the etiology and clinical efficacy of blood purification in elderly patients with acute renal failure. Methods 110 elderly patients with acute renal failure in our hospital were selected as the study subjects. They were randomly divided into study group (continuous blood purification) and control group (intermittent blood purification), 55 cases in each group. The etiology of all patients was analyzed. The clinical indexes (heart rate, MAP, CVP and oxygenation index), effective rate and complication rate were evaluated. Results Compared with the control group, the clinical indicators of the study group improved significantly. The effective rate of the study group (98.18%) was higher than that of the control group (87.27%). The total incidence of complications in the study group (7.27%) was lower than that of the control group (21.82%). There was a significant difference between the two groups (P < 0.05). Conclusion Effective analysis of the etiology of elderly patients with acute renal failure, continuous blood purification method is conducive to improve its clinical indicators, improve treatment, reduce complication rate, improve prognosis, high safety, it is worth learning.
