摘　　要：目的探讨小儿单孔腹腔镜疝囊高位结扎术手术护理体会。方法对该院2017年1月—2018年11月119例5岁以下患儿使用改制双通道深静脉穿刺针在实施小儿单孔腹腔镜疝囊高位结扎手术,主要对术前护理、术中配合、小儿腔镜手术护理要点进行护理体会总结。结果平均手术时长为(20.0±2.3)min,平均住院时间为(3±1)d。因术前禁食执行不严推迟手术6例,潜在感冒症状推迟手术3例,其余患儿均顺利实施手术。结论小儿单孔腹腔镜疝囊高位结扎术具有损伤小、恢复快、住院时间短、费用低等优点,已经广泛在临床开展但规范精心的手术护理是体现该手术方式优点的有力保障。做好手术前的宣教是手术顺利进行的保障。Objective To discuss the nursing experience of single port laparoscopic high ligation of hernia sac in children. Methods From January 2017 to November 2018, 119 children under 5 years old were treated with modified double-channel deep vein puncture needle for high ligation of single-port laparoscopic hernia sac in children. The main points of preoperative nursing, intraoperative cooperation and nursing for children undergoing endoscopic surgery were summarized. Results The average length of operation was (20.0±2.3) min, and the average length of stay was (3±1) days. Operations delayed in 6 cases due to not strict preoperative fasting and in 3 cases due to potential cold symptoms. The rest of the children was successfully operated. Conclusion Single-port laparoscopic high ligation of hernia sac in children has the advantages of less injury, faster recovery, shorter hospitalization time and lower cost. It has been widely carried out in clinical practice, but standardized and meticulous surgical nursing is a strong guarantee to reflect the advantages of this operation. The propaganda before the operation is the guarantee for the smooth operation.
