摘　　要：目的:分析研究心血管疾病急症患者急诊科室救治期间睡眠紊乱的特点。方法:选取2017年12月至2018年12月期间蚌埠市第一人民医院急诊科室救治的心血管疾病患者70例作为研究对象,按照急症患者和普通患者分为对照组和观察组,每组35例,急症患者为观察组,普通心血管疾病患者为对照组。评估2组患者救治期间的睡眠质量,并比较结果。结果:调查结果显示,观察组患者救治期间的睡眠障碍发生率为68.57%,对照组为25.71%,观察组患者睡眠障碍发生率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且观察组患者的PSQI总评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:心血管疾病急症患者急诊科室救治期间各类睡眠紊乱的临床症状较为突出,患者发生睡眠障碍的机率明显高于普通的心血管疾病患者,临床治疗应给予重视。Objective:To analyze and study the characteristics of sleep disorders in the emergency department of cardiovascular diseases. Methods:A total of 70 patients with cardiovascular diseases treated in our hospital from December2017 to December 2018 were selected as the research objects.According to the emergency patients and ordinary patients,they were divided into control group and observation group.The emergency patients were in the observation group,while the ordinary cardiovascular patients were in the control group,with 35 cases in each group.Sleep quality was evaluated and compared between the two groups during treatment. Results:The results showed that the incidence of sleep disorders in the observation group was 68.57% and25.71% in the reference group during treatment,and the incidence of sleep disorders in the study group was significantly higher than that in the reference group( P <0.05).In addition,the total PSQI score of the patients in the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group( P <0.05). Conclusion:The clinical symptoms of all kinds of sleep disorders in the emergency department of cardiovascular disease patients during the treatment are more prominent,and the incidence of sleep disorders in patients is significantly higher than that of common cardiovascular disease patients,and clinical treatment should be paid great attention.
