全程护理对阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征患者正压通气治疗依从性的影响分析

摘　　要：目的:分析全程护理对阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征患者正压通气治疗依从性的影响。方法:选取2017年3月至2018年9月蚌埠市第一人民医院呼吸科收治的行正压通气治疗的阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征患者76例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法随机分为观察组和对照组,每组38例。对照组患者实行常规护理,观察组患者在对照组的基础上应用全程护理,对2组患者的护理效果进行比较。结果:观察组患者CAPA每周使用天数和每天使用时长均长于对照组患者,治疗总有效率(100.0%)明显高于对照组患者(86.8%),出院后6个月QSQ评分明显高于对照组患者,2组患者比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对实行正压通气治疗的阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征患者实施全程护理有助于提升其治疗依从性和治疗效果,改善其生命质量。Objective:To analyze the effect of whole course nursing on compliance of positive pressure ventilation in patients with obstructive sleep apnea syndrome(OSAS). Methods:A total of 76 patients with obstructive sleep apnea syndrome who underwent positive pressure ventilation from March2017 to September2018 were randomly selected to participate in the study and divided into groups according to the random number table method.38 patients in the control group were given routine nursing care.On the basis of the control group,38 cases in the trial group were treated with the whole course nursing,and their nursing effects were compared. Results:The total effective rate of CAPA in the trial group was longer than that in the control group( P <0.01),and the duration of each day was longer than that in the control group.The QSQ score at 6 months after discharge was significantly higher than that of the control group( P <0.05),and that of the control group was significantly higher than that of the control group(86.8%). Conclusion:The whole course nursing of patients with obstructive sleep apnea syndrome treated by positive pressure ventilation is helpful to improve their compliance and therapeutic effect and improve their quality of life.
