正畸矫治器治疗鼾症及阻塞性睡眠暂停综合征临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨正畸矫治器治疗鼾症及阻塞性睡眠暂停综合征的临床效果。方法:选择2017年1月至2018年10月新疆乌鲁木齐市口腔医院收治的鼾症及阻塞性睡眠暂停综合征患者80例作为研究对象,开展前瞻性研究,随机数字表法随机分为对照组和观察组,每组40例,对照组实施悬雍垂腭咽成形术,观察组先实施悬雍垂腭咽成形术,再于术后给予正畸矫治器配戴,比较2组的临床疗效、鼾症评分、夜间血氧饱和度、睡眠呼吸障碍维持时间、呼吸暂停低通气指数。结果:1)临床总有效率分别为95.00%(观察组)、80.00%(对照组),观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。2)治疗后,观察组的夜间血氧饱和度高于对照组(P<0.05),其睡眠呼吸障碍维持时间短于对照组(P<0.05),其鼾症评分、呼吸暂停低通气指数均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:正畸矫治器用于鼾症及阻塞性睡眠暂停综合征治疗中,可有效减轻患者夜间打鼾情况,改善其夜间睡眠时呼吸状况,具有良好的临床疗效。Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of orthodontic apparatus in the treatment of snoring and obstructive sleep apnea syndrome. Methods:Our hospital 80 cases of patients with sleep apnea and obstructive sleep suspended syndrome(from January2017 to October2018)to conduct a prospective study, grouping method for the random number table method,were randomly divided into two groups,40 cases/group,control group implement the uvula palate pharyngoplasty,observation group to implement the uvula palate pharyngoplasty,again in postoperatively orthodontic treatment for wear and compare the clinical curative effect of two groups,sleep apnea score,blood oxygen saturation,sleep apnea at night to maintain time,apnea hypoventilation index. Results:1)the total clinical effective rate was 95.00%(observation group)and 80.00%(control group),respectively,and the observation group was higher than the control group( P <0.05).2)after treatment,the nocturnal blood oxygen saturation of the observation group was higher than that of the control group( P <0.05),the duration of sleep respiratory disorder was shorter than that of the control group( P <0.05),and the score of snoring and the apnea hypopnea index were lower than those of the control group( P <0.05). Conclusion:Orthodontic devices used in the treatment of snoring and obstructive sleep apnea syndrome can effectively reduce the patient′s snoring at night and improve their breathing during sleep,with good clinical efficacy.
