产前心脏超声筛查在胎儿心脏畸形诊断中的价值分析

摘　　要：目的具体分析产前心脏超声筛查在胎儿心脏畸形诊断中的价值。方法回顾性分析超声筛查,对筛查的结果进行整理与分析。结果本次检查诊断的准确率为99.57%,心脏畸形检出率为5.31%,心脏严重畸形的检出率则高达100%。结论产前心脏超声检查具有相对较高的临床运用价值,不仅安全高效,而且可重复性高,给予胎儿进行产前心脏超声筛查,可有效提高先天性心脏畸形检出率。Objective To analyze the value of prenatal echocardiography in the diagnosis of fetal heart malformation.Methods Retrospective analysis Ultrasound screening,the screening results were collated and analyzed.Results The diagnostic accuracy was 99.57%,the detection rate of cardiac malformation was 5.31%,and the detection rate of serious cardiac malformation was as high as 100%.Conclusion Prenatal echocardiography has relatively high clinical application value,it is not only safe and efficient,but also has high reproducibility.Prenatal echocardiography can effectively improve the detection rate of congenital heart malformation.
