网络社会与现实社会的逻辑关系及治理取向

摘　　要：信息网络技术的广泛使用必然带来生产关系乃至社会结构的变迁,促使社会关系、社会身份、社会组织、社会行动、社会问题发生变化进而生成一种新的社会形态一网络社会。但新的社会形态并不意味着其现实性的本质特征发生改变,网络社会的交往主体、交往时空、交往基础都是现实的,网络社会仍然是现实社会的一部分,和现实社会是逻辑上的从属关系。产生网络社会与现实社会是并列关系或交叉关系错误认知的原因在于“虚拟”一词在英语和汉语词义转换中的文化和语用误读造成了同一能指的歧义所指,农业社会、工业社会、网络社会并存的现实和基于偶然性的生成往往导致社会成员被其匿名、多样的社会身份、跨时空的交往联结所迷惑。网络社会治理应摒弃虚无、虚拟的立场,立足于从Web1.0到Web3.0的现实环境,坚持国家主体的治理权利,处理好四组对立统一的关系。The widespread use of the information network technology will generate a new social form-the network society.The network society,still as a part of the real society,logically has a species relation with the real society.The reason why the network society and the real society are misunderstood as the parallel relation or the cross relation is that the cultural and pragmatic misunderstanding of the word"virtual"conversion between English and Chinese meanings causes the ambiguity of the same signifier.The coexistence of the agricultural society,the industrial society and the network society and the generation based on contingency often lead to members of society confused by their anonymity,diverse social identities and communication links across time and space. The governance of the network society should abandon the nihilistic and virtual position,basing on the development environment from Web1.0 to Web3.0,and insist on the governance right of the main body of the state to deal with the four relations of unity of opposites.
