摘  要:目的探讨泛耐药肺炎克雷伯菌感染患者的药物治疗。方法以临床药师参与治疗的泛耐药肺炎克雷伯菌肺部感染及血流感染患者的抗感染方案为例,结合临床实践经验和最新文献进展,分析探讨泛耐药肺炎克雷伯菌感染的抗感染治疗策略。结果对于泛耐药肺炎克雷伯菌感染,联合用药及优化抗感染方案对感染控制非常重要。结论临床药师应积极参与抗感染方案的优化,临床应不断总结治疗成功的病例。Objective To discuss the antimicrobial treatment of extensively drug-resistant Klebsiella pneumoniae infection. Methods Taking clinical pharmacists participating in the anti-infection treatment of a patient with pulmonary and bloodstream infections caused by extensively drug-resistant Klebsiella pneumoniae for example, combined with clinical practice and the latest literature, the results were analyzed to formulate anti-infection treatment strategy. Results For extensively drug-resistant Klebsiella pneumoniae infection, the combination of drugs and optimization of treatment protocol are important. Conclusion Clinical pharmacists should actively participate in the optimization of anti-infection program, and the successful cases should be constantly summarized.
