摘 要:随着中国高速铁路的快速发展,视频监控系统在确保铁路运营的效率和安全性方面发挥着重要作用。在视频监控系统中,快速准确地检测出运动目标对于目标分析至关重要。针对现有的运动目标检测算法对光照强度,噪声和局部运动变化敏感的问题,提出了一种基于帧差法和HSV背景差法的运动目标检测算法。通过实验验证,得出该算法不易受到光照的影响,具有传输时延低、质量好的优点,它可以减少天气,人为干扰等因素对高铁视频监控系统性能的影响。With the rapid development of high-speed railway in China,video monitoring system plays an important role in ensuring the efficiency and safety of railway operation. In video monitoring system,fast and accurate detection of moving targets is very important for target analysis. Aiming at the problem that the existing moving target detection algorithms are sensitive to illumination intensity,noise and local motion changes,a moving target detection algorithm based on frame difference method and HSV background difference method is proposed. Through experimental verification,it is concluded that this algorithm is not susceptible to the influence of light,and has the advantages of low transmission delay and good quality. It can reduce the influence of weather,human interference and other factors on the performance of high-speed railway video monitoring system.
