蒙古族偏头痛患者血降钙素基因相关肽表达变化的研究

摘　　要：目的研究蒙古族偏头痛患者头痛发作期及缓解期血降钙素基因相关肽(CGRP)的表达,并与汉族偏头痛患者对比观察其变化,明确是否有差异。方法选取我院临床确诊的偏头痛患者100例,男女不限,蒙古族和汉族各50例,年龄18~55岁,偏头痛发病后24h内未服用任何治疗药物时及头痛缓解72h后取静脉血,放免法测定CGRP水平,对照组为我院健康体检者,蒙古族和汉族各30例随机采取静脉血,同法检测。结果蒙古族偏头痛患者头痛发作期血CGRP水平较汉族患者低但差别无统计学意义(P>0.05),两组患者发作期血CGRP水平均较缓解期高(P<0.05),两组患者缓解期与健康对照组比较均高但差别无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论头痛发作期血CGRP的表达在蒙、汉族偏头痛患者中均升高,汉族患者升高明显但两个民族之间比较差别无统计学意义,两个民族患者缓解期较均健康对照组高有明显差别。提示蒙、汉族偏头痛患者在发病机制方面可能无明显区别。Objective:To study the expression of calcitonin gene-related peptide(CGRP)in the blood of Mongolian migraine patients during headache attack and remission,and to compare it with that of Han migraine patients to determine whether there is any difference.Methods 100 patients with clinically con-firmed migraine were enrolled in this study in my hospital,not limited to men and women.There were 50 cases of Mongolian and 50 cases of Han nationalities,aged 18~55 years.Blood samples were taken from veins within 24 hours after migraine onset and 72 hours after headache relief.The levels of CGRP were measured by radioimmunoassay.In the control group,30 healthy volunteers,Mongolian and Han,were randomly selected for venous blood test by same method detection.Results The level of CGRP in Mongolian migraine patients was lower than that in Han patients during headache attack,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The level of CGRP in both groups was higher than that in remission stage(P〈0.05),and higher than that in healthy control group(P〉0.05).Conclusion The expression of CGRP in blood during headache attack is increased in both Mongolian and Han migraine patients,but there is no significant difference between the two nationalities.It is suggested that there is no significant difference in pathogenesis between Mongolian and Han migraine patients.
