摘 要:综述了国内外对于热塑性和热固性耐高温聚酰亚胺树脂及复合材料的发展。重点从耐高温角度介绍了热固性聚酰亚胺四个代次产品及其聚酰亚胺基复合材料主要典型代表的研究情况。并指出,解决工程应用中复杂构件的工艺难题,开发低成本制造技术,促进超高温有机/无机聚酰亚胺树脂复合材料发展,从结构上进一步提高复合材料耐高温及工艺性能都是将来耐高温聚酰亚胺树脂及其复合材料的发展方向。The development of thermoplastic and thermosetting resistant polyimide resins and composites was reviewed.The research of four generations of thermosetting polyimide and its main representative from the perspective of high temperature resistance was mainly focused on.It was pointed out that solving the technological problems of complex components in engineering application,developing low cost manufacturing technology,promoting the development of ultra-high temperature organic/inorganic polyimide resin composites,and further improving the high temperature resistance and technological properties of composites from the structural point of view are the future development directions of high temperature resistant polyimide resins and their composites.
