摘 要:针对现有酒类商品物流运输车辆超载自检测方法存在检测耗时长、准确率低的问题,提出了一种基于最大载重量数据库的酒类商品物流运输车辆超载自检测方法研究。将传感器设置为检测现场敏感部件,测量酒类商品物流运输车辆的重量;构建与车辆所对应的车辆最大载重量数据库,设计相应的程序将车型所对应的载重量在数据库中调取出来,与所测量的车重进行比较,以此判断车辆是否超载,实现酒类商品物流运输车辆超载自检测。实验结果表明,与其他方法相比,该方法在进行酒类商品物流运输车辆超载自检测时,准确率高,耗时较短,能够有效验证该方法的综合有效性。The existing self-detection methods for vehicle overload in alcohol products transportation have the disadvantages including long detection time and low detection accuracy. A new detection method for vehicle overload based on maximum load database was proposed as follows: the sensor was set to detect the sensitive parts on the spot and measure the weight of vehicles for alcohol products transportation;the maximum load database corresponding to the vehicle had been constructed, and the corresponding program was designed to extract the corresponding load capacity from the database, then it was compared with the measured vehicle weight so as to judge overload or not, and finally the self-detecting for vehicle overload could be achieved. The experimental results suggested that, compared with other methods, this method had the advantages including fast detection and high accuracy, and it could be effectively verified.
