摘 要:目的探讨基于迷你临床演练评估(mini-CEX)的情景模拟教学在心脏外科实习护士中的应用效果。方法选取于2017年7月至2018年1月在广西医科大学第一附属医院心脏外科实习的30名护士为对照组,采用常规教学法;选取2018年2~7月于同院心脏外科实习的30名护士为观察组,采用基于mini-CEX评价的情景模拟教学。比较两组护士的mini-CEX测评情况、理论成绩及教学满意度等。结果观察组护士在护理评估、护理措施、人文关怀、临床判断能力等mini-CEX测评得分分别为(7.63±1.02)分、(6.96±1.03)分、(7.11±1.05)分、(6.55±1.04)分,明显高于对照组的(6.56±1.05)分、(5.88±1.14)分、(6.27±1.18)分、(6.02±1.03)分,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护士的理论考核成绩、病例分析成绩分别为(88.23±7.36)分、(86.82±10.91)分,明显高于对照组的(82.92±7.54)分、(81.24±10.85)分,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护士在提高理论水平、提高学习积极性、提高团队协作能力等方面的教学满意度评分分别为(3.51±0.31)分、(3.59±0.35)分、(3.56±0.34)分,明显高于对照组的(3.12±0.46)分、(3.21±0.72)分、(3.22±0.57)分,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于mini-CEX评价的情景教学能够提高心脏外科实习护士的临床综合能力和教学满意度。Objective To explore the effect of situational simulation teaching based on mini-CEX evaluation in cardiac surgery practice nurses. Methods Thirty intern nurses in Department of Cardiac Surgery of the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi Medical University from July 2017 to January 2018 were as the control group, and they accepted the teaching in routine teaching methods. Another thirty intern nurses in Department of Cardiac Surgery of the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi Medical University from February 2018 to July 2018 were SELECTED as the observation group,and the scenario simulation teaching method based on mini-CEX evaluation was employed in this group. The mini-CEX evaluation, theoretical achievement and teaching satisfaction of nurses between two groups were compared. Results The mini-CEX scores of nursing evaluation, nursing measures, humanistic care, and clinical judgment ability in the observation group were 7.63±1.02, 6.96±1.03, 7.11±1.05 and 6.55±1.04, respectively, which were significantly higher than corresponding 6.56±1.05, 5.88±1.14, 6.27±1.18 and 6.02±1.03 in the control group(all P<0.05). The scores of theoretical examination and case analysis in the observation group were 88.23±7.36 and 86.82±10.91, which were significantly higher than 82.92±7.54 and 81.24±10.85 in the control group(all P<0.05). The teaching satisfaction scores of improving academic theory level, learning acuteness, and teamwork ability in the observation group were 3.51±0.31, 3.59±0.35, 3.56±0.34, respectively,which were significantly higher than corresponding 3.12 ± 0.46, 3.21 ± 0.72, 3.22 ± 0.57 in the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion The situational teaching based on mini-CEX evaluation can improve the clinical comprehensive ability and teaching satisfaction of the intern nurses in Department of Cardiac Surgery.
