摘 要:本试验采用随机区组的设计,在宁夏中部地区对10种不同牧草(7种豆科牧草和3种禾本科牧草)进行引种试验,测定了幼苗期、盛花期/拔节期、成熟期的植株株高、茎基粗度、叶面积、叶色、叶绿素含量、脯氨酸含量、细胞膜透性及抗氧化保护酶[超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和过氧化物酶(POD)]活性等指标。结果表明,7种豆科牧草中,博拉图和宁苜1号两个苜蓿品种具有较高的株高和茎基粗度及较好的叶色等级,沙打旺具有较高的叶绿素含量,三者均具有较高的叶面积指数、脯氨酸含量和SOD、POD活性及较低的细胞膜透性;3种禾本科牧草中,披碱草具有较高的株高、茎基粗度、叶色等级和脯氨酸含量及较低的细胞膜透性,扁穗冰草具有较高的SOD和POD活性;利用隶属函数对10种牧草的生态适应性进行综合评价得知,豆科牧草沙打旺和苜蓿(博拉图、宁苜1号)及禾本科牧草披碱草生态适应性较强,适合在宁夏中部干旱带引种栽培。The 10 different forages (7 leguminous and 3 gramineous) were studied through introduction experiment with randomized block method in middle area of Ningxia. The indexes, such as plant height, stem base diameter, leaf area, leaf color, chlorophyll and proline content, cell membrane permeability and antioxidant protective enzyme (SOD and POD) activity were measured from the seedling period to the maturity period. The results showed that among the 7 leguminous forages, the two alfalfa varieties (Plato and No.1 of NingMu) had the higher plant height, stem base diameter and leaf color grade, and Astragalus adsurgens had the higher chlorophyll content;the 3 forages above had the higher leaf area, proline content, SOD and POD activity, and their cell membrane permeability were lower. Among the 3 gramineous forages, Elymus dahuricus had the higher plant height, stem base diameter, leaf color grade, proline content and the lower cell membrane permeability, while Agropyron cristatum had the higher SOD and POD activity. The ecological adaptability of 10 forages was evaluated comprehensively by membership function. According to the analysis results, A. adsurgens, two alfalfa varieties (Plato and No.1 of NingMu) and E. dahuricus had the better ecological adaptability which were suitable for introduction and cultivation in the middle arid area of Ningxia.
