摘 要:试验利用同一杂优群内的低穗位优良自交系掖478、掖107和8902,采用单交、双交等2种二环系培育策略,选育出铁7922遗传背景为基础的35个综合性状优良的衍生系,并以其他3个杂优群(四平头群、旅大红骨群和瑞德群)的骨干系作为测验种,进行了配合力、杂种优势的分析。结果表明:单交和双交方式培育的二环系的配合力及杂种优势差异较大;相对来讲,利用掖107与铁7922组配单交组合,再从中分离优良自交系的效果略好于掖478与铁9722间的单交组合,效果最差的是组配双交组合[(铁7922×掖107)×(8902×掖478)]的方式。在35个改良系中,高配合力的自交系有9个,与测验种所组配的杂交种杂种优势较强;其中,选自单交组合“铁7922×掖478”优良自交系1个(通465),其余优良自交系(通852、通1009、通1032、通1037、通1172、通1237、通1619和通1623)均选自单交组合(铁7922×掖107)。总体上,这些新选育的铁7922的衍生系与四平头群和旅大红骨群的自交系间显示出较强的杂种优势。In order to further exploit the utilization potential of maize core inbred line Tie7922, and overcome its shortcomings with too high in plant and ear height, the inbred Tie7922 was improved using elite inbred lines Ye478, Ye107 and 8902 by ways of single-crossing and double-crossing methods. Subsequently, 35 derivative lines corresponding to breeding goals were developed. In present study, combining ability and heterosis of these lines were evaluated using testers from Chinese heterotic groups of Sipingtou and Lvda Red Cob. The results showed that combining ability and heterosis of the inbred lines developed by single crossing and double crossing were divergent;among these, the inbred lines from the single cross Tie7922×Ye107 was better than those from Tie7922×Ye478, in addition, both above were still better than those from the double cross [(7922×Ye107)×(8902×478)]. Nine of 35 improved lines revealed higher heterosis when crossing with testers;among elite improved lines, only one, Tong465, was isolated from the cross Tie7922×Ye478, whereas the other 8 lines, Tong852, Tong1009, Tong1032, Tong1037, Tong1172, Tong1237, Tong1619 and Tong1623, were all from the cross Tie7922×Y107. In overall, the elite derivatives of Tie7922 revealed higher heterosis when crossing with the inbred lines from the Sipingtou and Lvda Red Cob heterotic groups.
