摘  要:舞钢公司第一炼钢厂在炼钢、模铸浇注设备产能综合分析以及目前大型扁钢锭模内置绝热板成熟技术应用的基础上,重新设计了200mm和400mm厚度规格底垫,以调节钢锭模高度,同时通过优化钢锭浇注系统汤道耐火砖孔径,调节汤道耐火砖孔径及块数,达到模内钢液上升平稳的效果。同盘异锭型浇注工艺解决了双盘浇注成本增加问题,改善了浇铸钢锭的内部质量,保证了小批量、单散合同兑现率和交货期,为企业带来可观的经济、社会效益。On the basis of comprehensive analysis on equipment of steelmaking and mould teeming,proven technology application for current built-in insulation board in the mould of large flat ingot,No.1 Steelmaking Plant of Wusteel re-designs two types of baseplate including 200 mm and 400 mm thickness in order to adjust the ingot mould height,optimizes the diameter of runner brick spout for ingot teeming system and adjusts the spout diameter and quantity of runner bricks so as to achieve stable rising of molten steel in the mould.The teeming process for different types of ingots on same plate resolves the cost increasing problem of double plate teeming for different types of ingots on same plate,improves the internal quality of ingots,ensures the hit ratio and lead time for orders in small batch,which brings remarkable economic and social benefits for enterprise.
