摘　　要：为加强在西南高寒地区摩托化机动运输保障能力建设,针对西南高寒地区机动运输保障特点,提出了机动运输保障的重点和对策。In order to strengthen the construction of motorized transportation support capacity in the cold region of the southwest plateau,according to the characteristics of motorized transportation support in the cold region of the southwest plateau,this paper puts forward the key points and countermeasures of motorized transportation support.
