摘 要:针对金浸出工艺对氰离子浓度测定的需求,研制了溶液中氰离子浓度在线分析仪。该仪器以硝酸银滴定法为基础,对HJ484-2009法进行了一定的改进,实现了对溶液中氰离子浓度的自动在线测定。介绍了在线分析仪的测定原理、硬件以及测量过程,考察了在线分析仪的各项性能。结果表明,氰离子浓度在线分析仪运行稳定、重复性好、精密度高,分析结果与现场手工分析基本一致,加标回收率在98.1%~102.0%,可满足现场氰离子浓度在线检测的需求。In order to meet the demand of gold leaching process for the determination of cyanide ion concentration, an on-line cyanide ion concentration analyzer was developed. Silver nitrate titration is used as the main method in the analyzer, and the HJ484-2009 method is particularly improved, as the result, the automatic online determination of cyanide ion concentration in solution is realized. The principle, hardware and process of on-line analyzer are introduced. The performances of the analyzer have been tested. The test results show that the instrument is stable, repeatable and precision. It is basically in agreement with the field manual analysis. The recovery rate of the added standard is between 98.1% and 102.0%. It can meet the demand of on-line monitoring of the concentration of cyanide ions in the field.
