摘　　要：我国水污染治理现状不容乐观,可以利用水污染治理PPP模式及其投融资问题来加以解决。水污染治理中的PPP模式是政府与投融资双方利益的博弈,通过构建政府与投融资群体间的进化博弈模型和对动态演化趋势图进行分析,可以得出政府在水污染治理中实施有效激励的科学依据,并给出解决水污染治理问题的投融资建议。The importance of PPP(public-private-partnership)model and investment problem is pointed out through current situation analysis of water pollution governance in our country..The ppp mode is a game between the government and the investment community.This study provides theory evidence of effective motivation in water pollution governance by building a game mode between the government and the investment,analysis of dynamic evolution trend chart,and ways to solve the investment problem.
