摘  要:浅槽重介分选机刮板链断链故障发生时,上道工序持续的物料输送会造成浅槽内物料大量堆积,增加了清理工作的劳动强度和材料配件费用。针对这一问题,在研究浅槽重介分选机主要结构和工作原理的基础上,对刮板链的结构及其主要断链原因进行了系统分析,提出了三重断链保护方法:基于皮带打滑原理的打滑式断链保护、基于螺丝与接近开关间脉冲信号感应的脉冲式断链保护、脱扣式断链保护。该方法已成功应用于山西焦煤集团西铭矿选煤厂,提高了浅槽重介分选系统开机率和原煤处理量。The chain-broken in shallow groove scraper of heavy medium sorting machine causes a large amount of materials being blocked in the shallow groove, which increases labor and material cost for the cleaning work. Based on the study of the mechanical structure and working principle of the shallow groove in heavy medium sorting machine, major reasons of the chain breaking are systematically analyzed, and the triple chain-broken protection method is proposed: the Slip-off chain protection based on track slipping principle;pulsed chain-broken protection based on pulse signal between screw and proximity switch, and chain-tripping protection.The method has been successfully applied to in Ximing Coal Preparation Plant, under Shanxi Coking Coal Group, which has improved the operating rate and raw coal treatment capacity.
