摘 要:基于高铁与地铁在运输中对车辆设备的轻量化要求越来越高,针对传统电源存在体积与重量大、电源传输效率低等问题展开研究。利用高频逆变技术、高频变压技术取代传统的50Hz,380V变压、整流和逆变构成的逆变电源技术,采用高压非隔离型直流DC-DC变换器代替传统的辅助供电电源系统,达到减轻辅助电源负载、减小车辆附加重量、提高效率的目的。研究结果表明:从电网侧获得的750V直流电采用非隔离型升降压DC-DC变换器降压以及滤波后,可实现地铁车辆及控制电路用电标准,性能良好,同时降低了储能电抗器体积和重量,效率也得到有效提高。The high-speed rail and subway have higher and higher requirements on the weight reduction of vehicle equipment in transportation. This paper studied the problems of large volume and weight and low power transmission efficiency of traditional power supply, using high-frequency inverter technology and high-frequency transformer technology to replace the traditional 50 Hz, 380 V transformer, rectifier, inverter inverter power supply technology, using high-voltage non-isolated DC-DC converter instead of the traditional auxiliary power supply, the system achieved the purpose of reducing the auxiliary power load, reducing the weight of the vehicle, and improving the efficiency. The experimental results show that the 750 V DC power obtained from the grid side is depressurized and filtered by a non-isolated buck-boost DC-DC converter, it can realize the electricity standard of subway vehicles and control circuits, and has good performance. At the same time, the volume and weight of the energy storage reactor are reduced, and the efficiency is also effectively improved.
