摘　　要：大学生党员是大学生群体中的佼佼者,是优秀大学生的典型代表。但在具体的思想政治过程中,也存在着入党前与入党后表现差异很大,不能做到始终如一地优秀,针对这种现象,本文提出实施大学生党员目标管理,全过程加强对学生党员的管理。相关调查数据表明,大学生党员目标管理对于保持学生党员的先进性和纯洁性有良好的促进作用。College student Party members are the best among college students.They are the typical representatives of excellent college students.But in real ideological and political education,there are also some questions,for example,not all the students are still the excellent before and after being a Party member.In order to solve this,we put forword the target management in the whole university life.Relevant survey data show that this strategy has a good role in promoting the advancement and purity of student Party members.
