摘 要:针对夹层复合基体制造成本的问题,提出了一种相对便宜的无夹层复合基体,通过分析锯片噪声的来源与降噪的方法,对无夹层复合基体提出了切交错缝方法的改进,以达到更好的降噪效果。通过与常规锯片实验对比,验证了无夹层复合基体锯片有一定的降噪效果,改进切交错缝的无夹层复合基体锯片降噪效果更好。To solve the problem of manufacturing cost of sandwich composite matrix,a relatively cheap sandwich-free composite matrix was proposed.By analyzing the source of saw blade noise and the method of noise reduction,the method of cutting staggered joints was improved for sandwich-free composite matrix to achieve better noise reduction effect.Compared with the conventional saw blade experiment,it was verified that the sandwich-free composite matrix saw blade had some noise reduction effect,and the sandwich-free composite matrix saw blade with improved staggered joints had better noise reduction effect.
