摘 要:超硬材料六面顶液压机通过采用六个相互铰接的工作缸同步推动六个顶锤分别向正方体合成块施加压力的方式来产生高压,其高压腔体的密封是通过六个顶锤的斜面在超压过程中不断挤压叶蜡石形成的十二条密封边来完成的。因此,研究工作缸在充液时顶锤表面挤压叶蜡石,并有效形成均匀密封边的机理对提高六面顶压机使用的高温高压稳定性具有非常重要的意义。文章从设备的角度出发,通过对上述过程进行分析研究,尝试提出对充液过程中控制技术的改进方案。The super hard material hexahedral top hydraulic press generates high pressure by using six mutually articulated cylinders to synchronously push six anvils to exert pressure on the cubic composite block.The sealing of the high-pressure cavity is accomplished by the twelve sealing edges which are formed by the pyrophyllite which are continuously pressed by the slope of the six anvils during the overpressure process.Therefore,in order to effectively improve the high temperature and high-pressure stability of the cubic press,it is very important to study the mechanism of forming a uniform sealing edge of pyrophyllit which is extruded by the surface of the anvil during the working cylinder being filled liquid.From the perspective of equipment,the paper attempted to propose an improvement scheme for the control technology of the filling liquid process by analyzing and researching the above mentioned process.
