摘 要:文章对食用盐生产过程中使用的不同类型破碎机的破碎机理进行了深入分析研究,针对大粒径、高硬度原料盐的破碎设备选型提出建议,同时对传统破碎设备进行优化改造,如增加变频调速模块等,从而达到最佳生产效果。文章对海、湖盐区食用盐生产中大粒径、高硬度原料盐的破碎问题解决具有一定的参考意义。The fragmentation mechanism of different types of crushers used in the production of edible salt is analyzed and studied deeply in this article. And suggestions on the selection of crushing equipment for large size and high hardness raw salt are put forward. The optimizing reform of the traditional crushing equipment is made,such as adding frequency conversion module,to achieve the best production effect. This article has certain reference significance to solve the crushing problem of the large size and high hardness raw salt during the production of edible salt in sea and lake salt areas.
