摘  要:扬巴公司乙烯装置急冷油塔频繁出现塔盘结垢,尤其是顶部汽油段塔盘分离效果变差,重组分夹带至顶部,引起顶部汽油干点上升以及汽油段压差上升;汽油组分变重后,导致油水难以分层,又引起急冷水的乳化,严重时,还会造成装置生产废水不合格,装置不得不降负荷运行。经过调研,急冷油塔实施第一次在线清洗。清洗后,急冷油塔顶温从100℃上升至116℃,顶部汽油段压差从10.3 kPa(87%负荷)下降至8.5 kPa(92%负荷),汽油干点从235℃下降至220℃,清洗效果显著。Fouling often happened in quench oil tower of BYC ethylene plant, especially in top gasoline section, which made the separation effect worse. The heavy fractions taken to the top caused the dry point and differential pressure of gasoline section to rise. The heavier gasoline would make it difficult to separate oil from quench water and caused the emulsion of quench water, which, in severe case, could result in off-spec waste water and load drop in the plant. After research, finally we implemented the first online jet cleaning for quench oil tower. As a result, the top temperature rose to116℃ from110℃, the differential pressure of gasoline section decreased to 8.5 kPa (at 92% load) from 10.3 kPa (at 87% load), and the dry point decreased to 220 ℃ from 235 ℃. The cleaning effect was remarkable.
