摘 要:介绍水中氟离子溶液标准物质的研制方法。以氟化钠标准物质为原料,超纯水为溶剂,采用重量–容量法制备氟溶液标准物质。分别采用F检验和回归曲线法对研制的标准物质进行均匀性和稳定性检验。利用离子色谱法对研制的标准物质与国家二级标准物质进行比对。方差分析和线性拟合结果表明,该溶液标准物质具有良好的均匀性和稳定性。研制的水中氟离子溶液标准物质的定值结果为1000μg/mL,相对扩展不确定度Urel=1.0%(κ=2)。该标准物质量值准确,且具有溯源性,可用于水中氟化物测量过程的质量控制及分析方法的确认和评价。It was introduced of the process to prepare reference material of fluorine solution. Reference material of fluorine solution was prepared by the weight–volume method using sodium fluoride standard material as raw material and ultrapure water as solvent. The checking of uniformity and stability test were systematically studied by F test and regression curve method,respectively. Ion chromatography was used to compare the developed standard substance with national secondary standard substance. The results of variance analysis and linear fitting showed that the standard material of the solution has good uniformity and stability. The result showed that the certified value of the reference materials was 1 000 μg/mL with relative expanded uncertainty of 1.0%(κ=2). The quantity value of the reference material was accuracy and traceable. It can be used for quality control of fluoride measurement process in water and confirmation and evaluation of analytical methods.
