金银花复方制剂对人工感染NDV雏鸡免疫器官T淋巴细胞及其亚群以及B淋巴细胞的影响

摘　　要：为了研究金银花复方制剂对人工感染NDV雏鸡免疫器官T淋巴细胞及其亚群以及B淋巴细胞的影响,本试验以21日龄雏鸡为研究对象,随机分成感染组、中药治疗组、空白组。中药治疗组饮水给予复方金银花制剂。应用流式细胞仪检测技术,细胞培养技术研究了金银花复方制剂对人工感染NDV雏鸡免疫器官(胸腺、脾脏、腔上囊)T淋巴细胞及其亚群以及B淋巴细胞的影响,旨在揭示金银花复方制剂对人工感染NDV雏鸡免疫器官细胞免疫和体液免疫功能的影响及其机理。研究结果发现,金银花复方制剂能够提高人工感染NDV雏鸡免疫器官胸腺及脾脏CD3^+、CD4^+T淋巴细胞百分率,使CD4^+/CD8^+T淋巴细胞值升高,提高免疫器官脾脏及腔上囊B淋巴细胞百分率,表明金银花复方制剂能够提高雏鸡的免疫功能。In order to study the effects of honeysuckle compound preparation on T lymphocytes and their subpopulations and B lymphocytes in chicks infected with NDV chickens, 21 - day - old chicks were randomly divided into two groups: the infection group, the traditional Chinese medicine group and the blank group. Chinese medicine treatment group via oral gavage compound honeysuckle preparations. Flow cytometry is used to test techniques, cell culture technology to research the honeysuckle compound preparations of artificial infection NDV broiler immune organs (thymus, spleen, bursa of fabricius) T lymphocytes and their subsets and the influence of B lymphocyte, aims to reveal the honeysuckle compound preparations of artificial infection NDV chicks effect of cellular immunity and humoral immunity function of immune organ and its mechanism. The results showed that honeysuckle compound could improve the percentage of CD3 ^+ and CD4^+ T lymphocytes in the thymus and spleen of NDV chickens, and increase the percentage of CD 4 ^+/ CD 8^+ T lymphocytes and increase the percentage of immune spleen and bursa of Bursa of Fabricius, indicating that honeysuckle Compound preparations can improve the immune function of chicks.
