摘  要:犬乳腺肿瘤是兽医临床常见的一种母犬肿瘤疾病。类固醇受体辅助活化因子-3(Steroid receptor activation factor3,SRC-3)与多种肿瘤的发生、发展、转移及预后密切相关,已成为一个潜在的用于癌症诊断的癌基因标记物。本试验通过免疫组化的方法,检测了从中国农业大学教学动物医院收集到的68例乳腺肿瘤组织SRC-3的表达情况。结果显示,犬恶性乳腺肿瘤组织中的SRC-3蛋白表达率高于正常与良性乳腺肿瘤组织。结果表明,SRC-3在恶性肿瘤里高表达,可以作为犬乳腺肿瘤疾病诊断的参考指标。Canine breast tumor is one of common tumor diseases in female dogs. Steroid receptor activation factor 3 (SRC-3) is closely related to the occurrence, development, metastasis and prognosis of multiple tumors, and has become a potential marker for cancer diagnosis. In this experiment, the expression of SRC-3 in 68 cases of canine mammarytumor was detected by immunohisto- chemistry. The results showed that the expression rate of SRC-3 protein in malignant breast tumor tissues was higher than that in normal tissues. The results show that SRC-3 is highly expressed in malignant tumors and can be used as a potential marker for the diagnosis of canine mammary cancer.
