区域物流的产业效率、空间互动与协调发展——基于全国277个地市级城市的数据实证

摘　　要：借助277个地市级城市2007-2017年的相关数据,实证发现在全国范围内,相邻城市对中心城市的物流产业发展起着正向推动作用,总体上呈现正向溢出效应,区域间的物流产业协同朝着相互促进的积极方向发展。在加入相邻城市影响后,经济的发展正向推动着物流产业水平的提高;产业结构的显著性有了明显提升,但各产业增加值的增加并不能提升物流产业效率;信息技术的显著性有了明显提升;从业人员仅数量的增加并不能对物流效率的提升有积极推动作用,甚至会产生抑制影响;基础设施建设对物流效率的提升起着负向作用;金融发展对物流产业的发展起着正向推动作用。在实证结果的基础上,以中心区域物流发展水平、与相邻城市的作用关系为两个维度同时加以分析,可以将所有城市大致分为四个类型,即极化型、追赶型、锁定型以及收敛型,从而构建区域物流空间溢出的区域分类模型。依据以上分类,针对每一种类型的区域,提出了融合型、扩张型、赶超型以及分散型等四种发展策略,最终形成区域物流协调发展的策略选择模型。Based on the data of 277 municipal cities from 2007 to 2017,the authors empirically find that:in the whole country,the adjacent cities play a positive role in promoting the development of logistics industry in central cities;it generally demonstrates a positive spillover effect on the whole;and the synergy of logistics industry among regions develops towards a positive direction of mutual promotion. After joining the influence of adjacent cities,the economic development is promoting the improvement of the level of logistics industry;the prominence of industrial structure has been significantly improved,but the increase of added value of each industry cannot improve the efficiency of logistics industry;the prominence of information technology has been significantly improved;the increase of the number of employees alone cannot promote the improvement of logistics efficiency,or even have a restraining effect;infrastructure construction plays a negative role in improving logistics efficiency;and financial development plays a positive role in promoting the development of logistics industry. On the basis of the empirical results,according to the level of logistics development in the central region and the relationship between logistics development and the adjacent cities as two dimensions,the authors can roughly divide all cities into four types,namely,polarization type,catching-up type,lock-in type and convergence type,so as to construct a regional classification model of spatial spillover of regional logistics. According to the above classification,for each type of region,the authors put forward four development strategies:integration,expansion,catching-up,and decentralization,and finally forms a strategy selection model for the coordinated development of regional logistics.
