摘  要:文中分析了直铺管技术的作业原理及设备构成,对场地要求、工作坑道、地锚设置、管段预制、推进作业、润滑减阻、测量控向和管道回拔等重点技术环节进行分析总结。分析表明,直铺管技术适用于一般地层,管径为Φ762mm~Φ1422mm的管道,该技术具有施工周期短,占地少等优点。无定河穿越采用直铺管技术获得成功,为其他工程提供参考。The operation principle and the main equipments of direct pipe laying were analyzed in this paper. Key points in the technique were analyzed and summarized, include requirements of site, working tunnel, ground anchor setting, pipe segment prefabrication, propulsion operation, lubrication and drag reduction, direction controlling and pull back. The result shows that the technique is suitable for the pipe in Φ762 mm~Φ1422 mm crossing in a common stratum. This technology has the advantages of short construction period and small area . Wudinghe crossing adopting direct pipe laying won a success. It provided a reference for other projects.
