摘  要:针对某厂N330机组在开机临冲转前出现中压主汽门不受控制自行开启的缺陷,通过分析、试验该机调速保安系统,确认汽门不受控制开启的原因是EH高压遮断模块与隔膜阀泄油量不足,导致EH高压油泵启动时高压保安油存在一定背压,类似于挂闸状态,而油动机卸载阀又未能满足泄压条件,从而在油动机活塞下部产生油压使油动机自动打开。于是,提出了电磁阀改型更换并修改逻辑的低成本解决方案。该方案实施后彻底消除了缺陷,确保了机组的安全稳定运行。In view of the defect that the medium pressure main valve of N330 unit in a factory can not be opened by itself without control before the start-up of the unit is about to run,the reason for the uncontrolled opening of the valve is confirmed by the analysis and test of the speed control security system of the unit,which is due to the insufficient oil discharge of EH high-pressure interruption module and diaphragm valve. As a result,when EH high-pressure oil pump starts,there is a certain back pressure in the high-pressure security oil,which is similar to the hanging gate state,and the unloading valve of the oil engine fails to meet the pressure relief conditions,thus generating oil pressure in the lower part of the piston of the oil engine to automatically open the oil engine. Therefore,a low-cost solution for the modification,replacement and logic modification of solenoid valves is proposed. After the implementation of the scheme,the defects were eliminated completely,and the safe and stable operation of the unit was ensured.
