摘 要:制备了以高吸水性树脂作为支撑材料和保水剂的定形无机水合盐相变材料,将其添加到预制的墙体材料中,采用多点式热流计测量墙体低温侧的热流和温度,并与普通墙体材料及没有支撑材料的相变墙体材料的传热性能进行对比。结果显示,添加定形相变材料的墙体传热性能稳定,蓄热性能好,提高了室内热舒适性,达到了良好的节能效果。研究结果证明了此种定形相变材料在墙体材料中应用具有可行性。The inorganic hydrated salt shaped phase change material which used a high absorbent resin as a support material and a water retention agent was prepared. They were added to a prefabricated wall. The wall was tested by using a multi-point heat flow meter. The temperature and heat flow on the low temperature side were compared with the heat transfer performance of ordinary wall and amorphous phase change wall. The results show that the wall of the addition of the shaped phase change material has stable heat transfer performance,good heat storage performance. It improves indoor thermal comfort,and achieves a good energy saving effect. The results of the study demonstrate the feasibility of this type of phase change material in wall applications.
