摘 要:对比标准养护、低压蒸汽养护和60℃温养对煤矸石泡沫混凝土力学性能的影响,结果表明,3 d龄期时低压蒸汽养护和60℃温养条件下分别比标准养护条件下的强度提高了2倍和1倍;28 d龄期时低压蒸汽养护和60℃温养的强度相近,比标准养护下提高约0.5倍.XRD分析表明,低压蒸汽养护和60℃温养下Aft含量高,Ca(OH)2含量低,从而强度比标准养护高很多.因此可以根据对煤矸石泡沫混凝土力学性能的需求,选择适当的养护方法,使其应用范围更加广泛.In this paper,through the comparison and analysis of three curing methods,i.e. standard curing,low pressure steam curing and 60 ℃temperature curing,the results show that the strength of low pressure steam curing and 60℃temperature curing at 3 d days old is 2 times and 1 times higher than that under standard curing,respectively,and the strength of low pressure steam curing and 60 temperature curing at 28 d days old is similar,and 0.5 times higher than that under standard curing. XRD analysis showed that Aft content was higher and Ca(OH)2 content was lower under low pressure steam curing and 60℃temperature curing, so the strength was much higher. Therefore, according to the demand for mechanical properties of coal gangue foam concrete, appropriate maintenance methods should be selected to make the application scope wider.
