摘  要:研究温拌剂掺量对沥青感温性的影响。结果表明:随温拌剂掺量的增加,针入度指数(PI)变化没有规律性,不能评价温拌剂掺量对沥青感温性的影响;针入度黏度指数(PVN)的绝对值随温拌剂掺量增加而增大,但温拌剂掺量在2%以上时其值超过评价范围,不能作为评价指标;沥青黏温指数(VTS)可以区分不同温度区间范围内沥青的感温性,并可以初步判断出颗粒温拌剂的相变温度范围;通过Arrhenius公式拟合沥青旋转黏度结果表明,在不合理的温度区间内得到的沥青粘流活化能无实际意义,只有在温拌剂融化后得到的沥青粘流活化能才可以合理评价沥青感温性。Researching on influence of warm-mixed agent content on asphalt temperature sensitivity. In this study,asphalt penetration index(PI) have not proportionally with the increase of warm-mixed agent,the influence of warm-mixed agent on asphalt temperature sensitivity can not be evaluated. The asphalt penetration-viscosity numbers(PVN) absolute value increases proportionally with warm-mixed agent content,it is inappropriate evaluation that the range of evaluation is exceeded when the warm-mixed agent content is above 2%. The asphalt temperature sensitivity in various temperature range are reacted by viscositytemperature susceptibility(VTS). The phase-transition temperature of warm-mixed agent was also determined preliminarily. The results of the Arrhenius formula fit the rotary viscometer of asphalt shown that the asphalt viscous flow activation energy in the unreasonable temperature range was not practical,the asphalt temperature sensitivity was reasonably evaluate by the asphalt viscous flow activation energy being obtained after the warm-mixed agent was melted.
