经阴道二维及三维超声对子宫内膜息肉诊断的时效性及准确率对比分析

摘　　要：目的:分析经阴道二维超声(2D-TVS)与经阴道三维超声(3D-TVS)诊断子宫内膜息肉的时效性及准确率。方法:选取笔者所在医院2016年1月-2019年1月已确诊子宫内膜息肉的220例患者资料,分为两组,各110例,分别在增殖期、分泌期进行2D-TVS与3D-TVS检查,对检查结果进行对比分析。结果:2D-TVS与3D-TVS在增殖期对子宫内膜息肉的诊断准确率,高于分泌期,且3D-TVS在增殖期对子宫内膜息肉的诊断准确率高于2D-TVS,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:2D-TVS与3D-TVS对子宫内膜息肉的诊断有时效性,在增殖期准确度高于分泌期,且3D-TVS在增殖期对子宫内膜息肉的诊断准确率高于2D-TVS。Objective:To analyze the timeliness and accuracy of transvaginal two-dimensional ultrasound(2 D-TVS) and transvaginal three-dimensional ultrasound(3 D-TVS) in the diagnosis of endometrial polyps.Method:220 cases of endometrial polyps diagnosed in our hospital from January 2016 to January2019 were randomly divided into two groups,110 cases in each group.Two-dimensional TVS and three-dimensional TVS were performed in the proliferative and secretory stages respectively,and the results were compared and analyzed.Result:The diagnostic accuracy of 2 D-TVS and 3 D-TVS for endometrial polyps in proliferative phase was higher than that in secretory phase,and the diagnostic accuracy of 3 D-TVS for endometrial polyps in proliferative phase was higher than that of 2 D-TVS,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:The diagnostic accuracy of 2 D-TVS and 3 D-TVS for endometrial polyps is higher in proliferative phase than in secretory phase,and the diagnostic accuracy of 3 D-TVS for endometrial polyps in proliferative phase is higher than that of 2 D-TVS.
