摘 要:结核病已经成为全球性的健康问题,给人们带来较大的健康和经济困扰。结核杆菌是主要的结核致病菌,不同人群对结核抗酸杆菌的易感性不同。基因多态性作为遗传因素在人类疾病免疫与易感性中发挥着重要作用,其中单核苷酸多态性较为重要,可通过影响人体对结核杆菌的识别与杀伤等作用影响结核病的发生、发展。目前,单核苷酸多态性与疾病以及结核易感性的相关报道较多,但尚无基因多态性与结核易感性关系的明确结论。Tuberculosis has become a global health problem,causing greater health and economic problems.According to the current research results,different populations have different susceptibilities to acid-resistant mycobacterium tuberculosis.Genetic polymorphism plays an important role as a genetic factor in the immunity and susceptibility of human diseases.Among them,single nucleotide polymorphism is more important,which can affect the occurrence and development of tuberculosis by affecting the recognition and killing of mycobacterium tuberculosis.At present,there are many reports on the relationship between single nucleotide polymorphisms and diseases and tuberculosis susceptibility,but there is no clear conclusion about the relationship between gene polymorphism and tuberculosis susceptibility.
