摘  要:目的观察LS-200半导体激光治疗仪对皮下血肿及硬结的治疗效果。方法采用随机对照分析方法将200例皮下血肿及硬结患者随机分为试验组和对照组。试验组使用LS-200半导体激光治疗仪进行照射治疗,对照组未进行特殊治疗。5d1个疗程,3个疗程以后测量两组皮下血肿及硬结的消退情况。所得数据均用SPSS22.0统计软件进行统计学处理。结果 试验组有效治疗率94%,对照组有效治疗率70%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 使用LS-200半导体激光治疗仪对皮下血肿及硬结具有显著治疗效果和较高的临床价值。Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of LS-200 semiconductor laser for subcutaneous hematoma and induration. Methods A randomized controlled trial was performed on 200 patients with subcutaneous hematoma and induration. The patients were divided into an experimental group and a control group, 100 for each group. The experimental group were treated with LS-200 semiconductor laser therapy, and the control group took no special treatment, for 3 treatment courses (5 days 1 course). The data were statistically processed using SPSS 22.0 statistical software. Results The effective treatment rate was 94% in the experimental group and 70% in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion LS-200 semiconductor laser for subcutaneous hematoma and induration is effective.
