摘　　要：目的探析脐动脉血流S/D比值异常的影响因素及对围产儿结局的影响。方法选取2017年1月至2018年12月于本院就诊的50例脐动脉血流S/D比值异常孕产妇(研究组)和50例健康孕产妇(对照组),整理临床资料,分析脐动脉血流S/D比值异常影响因素及对围产儿结局的影响。结果两组孕产妇高血压疾病、妊娠期糖尿病、胎盘血栓形成、脐带异常(缠绕、扭转)、胎儿体质量偏低等资料数据差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05);研究组围产儿窒息率、成长受限率、早产率、死亡率分别为30.00%、16.00%、28.00%、6.00%,均明显高于对照组的12.00%、4.00%、10.00%、0.00%,除死亡率外其他差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论妊娠期高血压疾病、妊娠期糖尿病、胎盘血栓形成、脐带异常(缠绕、扭转)、胎儿体质量偏低均为脐动脉血流S/D比值异常影响因素,同时会增加围产儿窒息率、成长受限率、早产率、死亡率,影响其成长发育。Objective To explore the factors influencing abnormal S/D ratio of umbilical artery blood flow and their effect on perinatal outcomes. Methods From January, 2017 to December, 2018, 50 pregnant women with abnormal umbilical artery blood flow (a study group) and 50 healthy pregnant women (a control group) were selected, and the clinical data were collected. The factors influencing abnormal S/D ratio of umbilical artery blood flow and their effect on perinatal outcomes were analyzed. Results There were statistical differences in hypertension disease, gestational diabetes mellitus, placenta thrombosis, abnormal umbilical cord (twining and torsion), and low fetal weight between the two groups (all P < 0.05). The perinatal asphyxia rate, growth limiting rate, premature birth rate, and mortality in the study group were 30.00%, 16.00%, 28.00%, and 6.00%, which were significantly higher than those in the control group (12.00%, 4.00%, 28.0%, and 0.00%), with statistical differences in perinatal asphyxia rate, growth limiting rate, and premature birth rate (all P < 0.05). Conclusion Hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy, gestational diabetes mellitus, thrombus formation of placenta, abnormal umbilical cord (twining, torsion), and low fetal weight are all influential factors of abnormal umbilical artery blood flow S/D ratio, and at the same time increase the perinatal asphyxia, growth limiting rate, premature birth rate, and mortality, and affect the growth and development.
