摘　　要：目的观察评价分析静脉畸形骨肥大综合征(KTS)的治疗方法及效果。方法采用回顾性分析方法,选取自2013年5月至2018年5月本院血管外科收治的7例KTS患者,对其临床资料及诊治方法进行分析,根据患者不同临床表现、CTV、MRA以及造影检查,选择不同的治疗方法。结果 2例患者保守治疗(长肢弹力支持),下肢情况保持满意;2例给予髂股静脉重建后曲张静脉硬化剂注射后弹力支持;3例行介入治疗(1例应用碘油或弹簧圈栓塞瘘口,2例聚多卡醇栓塞瘘口后浅静脉剥除);术后随访,7例患者肢体症状均得到有效控制。讨论 KTS是一种先天性血管骨骼畸形,对患者肢体、脊柱及生活造成不同程度影响;如果经合理检查并选择针对性强的治疗,患者病情会得到有效改善。结论 KTS经目前现有手段诊治后可有效改善患者整体病情,提高患者生活质量。Objective To observe and evaluate the treatment effect of Klippei-Trenaunay syndrome (KTS). Methods A retrospective analysis method was used to analyze the clinical data and diagnosis and treatment methods of 7 patients with KTS admitted to the department of vascular surgery of our hosptial from May, 2013 to May, 2018. According to the clinical presentation, CTV, MRA, and angiography, they were treated with different treatments. Results 2 patients underwent conservative treatment (long limb elastic support), and the lower limbs remained satisfactory;2 patients received iliac vein reconstruction after variceal sclerotherapy and elastic support;3 patients underwent interventional therapy (1 case with lipiodol or coil embolism;2 cases with polydoxol embolization after sputum exfoliation). After follow-up, 7 patients with limb symptoms were effectively controlled. KTS syndrome is a congenital vascular skeletal malformation that affects the patients’ limbs, spine and life to varying degrees. If the patient is reasonably examined and treated, the conditions will be effectively improved. Conclusion Current treatment for patients with KTS can effectively improved their overall conditions and quality of life.
