预见性护理在造血干细胞移植患者防跌倒护理中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨预见性护理在造血干细胞移植患者防跌倒中的效果。方法选择2015年8月至2017年2月本院收治的行常规护理的造血干细胞移植患者47例作为对照组,选择2017年3月至2018年8月本院收治的行预见性防跌倒护理的造血干细胞移植患者47例作为观察组,对患者进行低、中、高危预见性护理。对比两组跌倒发生率、并发症发生率。结果 观察组跌倒发生率0.00%,低于对照组的14.89%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率为17.02%,明显低于对照组的53.19%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 预见性护理应用于造血干细胞移植患者可有效预防跌倒,降低并发症发生率,值得推广。Objective To investigate the effect of predictive nursing in prevention of fall in patients who underwent hematopoietic stem cell transplantation. Methods Forty-seven patients who underwent routine hematopoietic stem cell transplantation and were routinely cared at our hospital from August, 2015 to February, 2017 were selected as a control group, and forty-seven patients who underwent routine hematopoietic stem cell transplantation and were preventively cared according to the low, medium, and high risk at our hospital from March, 2017 to August, 2018 an observation group. The incidences of fall and complications were compared between the two groups. Results The incidences of fall and complications were lower in the observation group than in the control group (0.00% vs. 14.89% and 17.02% vs. 53.19%, both P < 0.05). Conclusion Predictive nursing in the prevention of fall in patients who underwent hematopoietic stem cell transplantation is effective and can reduce the incidence of complications, so it is worth for promotion.
