心梗三项检测在急性非创伤性胸痛患者中的应用价值分析

摘　　要：目的 研究心梗三项运用于急性非创伤性胸痛患者中的价值。方法 选择本院2018年3—12月纳入的80例急性非创伤性胸痛患者作为研究组,另外选择同一时期本院健康体检者100例作为对照组,分别给予心梗三项检查,对比两组检测结果。结果 研究组中肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)>5ng/ml有12例,占15.00%;肌红蛋白(Myo)>50ng/ml有28例,占35.00%;心肌肌钙蛋白I(cTnI)>1ng/ml有11例,占13.75%。研究组治疗前的CK-MB、Myo及cTnI水平明显高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组治疗前、治疗后4h、8h及24h的CK-MB、Myo及cTnI水平比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 心梗三项检测运用于急性非创伤性胸痛中具有重要意义,为尽早诊断提供参考依据,具有临床推广及应用的价值。Objective To study the value of three myocardial infarction indicators in patients with acute non-traumatic chest pain. Methods 80 patients with acute non-traumatic chest pain who were admitted to our hospital from March to December, 2018 were selected as a study group, and 100 healthy people taking physical examination in our hospital during the same period were selected as a control group. The three myocardial infarction indicators were detected, and compared between these two groups. Results In the study group, 12 cases’(15.00%) CK-MB > 5 ng/ml, 28 cases’(35.00%) Myo > 50 ng/ml, and 11 cases’(13.75%) cTnI > 1 ng/ml. The levels of CK-MB, Myo, and cTnI in the study group before treatment were significantly higher than those in the control group (P < 0.05). The levels of CK-MB, Myo, and cTnI before treatment in the study group were significantly different from those 4, 8, and 24 hours after the treatment (P < 0.05). Conclusion The application of three myocardial infarction indicators in acute non-traumatic chest pain is of great significance, and provides reference for the early diagnosis and has clinical value of promotion and application.
