摘  要:介绍了一种中型铸铁减速箱盖铸件的铸造工艺方法。对比了箱盖几种常用的工艺方法,针对该减速箱盖铸件外部结构复杂,壁厚较薄的特点,在工艺中采用开口朝上两箱造型工艺。该工艺方便操作,尤其是方便型芯的安放和调整,从而能够保证铸件的质量。为了保证铸件各部分内腔的尺寸精度,将型芯进行了合理的分块。采用了底注式浇注系统可使浇注平稳。按照大批量生产模式,采用了金属模样以保证模样的精度、耐久性和稳定性。详细介绍了该金属模样的分块、结构和设计方法。One kind of casting process of medium-sized cast iron gearbox cover castings has been introduced in the text. The common process methods of the cover have been compared. Aiming at the complex external structure of the gearbox cover casting and the thin wall thickness, a two-box molding process with cover opening facing upward has been adopted, in which operation is facilitated, especially for sand cores installing and adjusting, so as to ensure the casting quality. In order to ensure the dimensional accuracy of the inner cavity of each part of the casting, the core has been rationally divided into blocks. The bottom injection type pouring system has been adopted for smooth pouring. According to the mass production mode, the metal pattern has been used to ensure the accuracy, durability and stability of the pattern. The block, structure and design method of the metal pattern have been described in details.
